Refund Process

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the product is faulty or incorrect, WAMINHKE PTE.LTD. will cover all shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees.

Refund Method

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund using the original payment method (credit card, e-wallet, cash, etc.).
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
